Not happy with something?
Tell us. Put “Complaint” in the subject line and describe what went wrong. We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within fourteen. If we need longer, we tell you why and give you a realistic date rather than going quiet.

We are an international business and dispatch from fulfilment partners in several regions, so your parcel travels the shortest sensible distance to you. That is why the sender address on the box may differ from our registered address below. Please never send returns to the registered address — email us first and we will give you the right one for your country.
