Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Forclick Limited when you visit Korrex or place an order. This is the full version — our Delivery and Returns pages summarise the parts most people need.
Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Where a local consumer law gives you stronger protection than this document, that law applies.

01Who we are
Korrex is an online store operated by Forclick Limited. Our full registration number and registered address are set out in the company details panel at the end of this page.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Forclick Limited. “You” means the person visiting our website or placing an order. “Site” means our website and any of its pages, and “Products” means the goods we offer for sale on it.
02Accepting these terms
By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Together these form the whole agreement between us.
Our Delivery and Returns pages are written as plain-language summaries for customers. They are accurate but not exhaustive. Where a question is not answered there, this document governs; where the two appear to differ, this document governs, except that we will always honour any clear promise made to you on a product page or in a summary page.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
03Who may order
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under that age, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
We sell to consumers for personal use. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, in unusual quantities, or with the aim of exploiting a pricing error or promotion.
04Products and availability
We work hard to describe and photograph our Products accurately. Even so, colours can vary between screens, and packaging, materials or minor design details may change over time. Images are for guidance and are not a precise specification.
All Products are offered subject to availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or refund you in full.
We may change, restrict or discontinue any Product, promotion or part of the Site at any time, and may limit sales to regions where we cannot ship or where local rules prevent it.
05Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown on the product page in the currency selected at checkout and can change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your purchase is the one shown on the order confirmation screen at checkout.
Whether prices include VAT, sales tax or similar charges depends on your delivery destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duty, import VAT and carrier handling fees may be charged when the parcel arrives. Unless checkout expressly states that duties are prepaid, these are set by your local customs authority, are payable by the recipient, and are outside our control.
We declare every shipment accurately and at its real value, as the law requires. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.
If a Product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.
06How an order becomes a contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it — it is not yet an acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation for the Products in question.
We may decline an order before dispatch if a Product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, if payment is not authorised, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if there has been an error in the price or description. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
07Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our systems.
By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
Where a payment is later reversed or charged back without a valid reason, we reserve the right to recover the amount owed and to suspend further orders from the account concerned.
08Subscriptions and recurring orders
Some Products can be bought on a subscription, with a discount off the one-off price. Where you choose a subscription, the following applies and is also shown to you at checkout before you pay.
- What you are agreeing to. A recurring order delivered at the interval shown at checkout, charged automatically to your payment method each cycle until you cancel.
- Discount. The subscription discount shown at checkout applies to every delivery for as long as the subscription runs.
- Minimum commitment. A subscription runs for a minimum of two billing cycles — your first order plus one further delivery. You may cancel with effect from the third cycle onwards.
- Cancelling. Cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect from the next uncharged cycle; a cycle already charged and dispatched is not refunded except under our return policy.
- Changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price or interval of an existing subscription, and you may cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.
- Statutory rights. Your right of withdrawal under section 19 applies to the first delivery of a subscription in the same way as to any other order, and where it is exercised the minimum commitment does not bind you.
09Shipping and delivery
We dispatch within 0–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Typical transit time after dispatch is 4–9 working days, varying by destination as shown on our Delivery page. Deliveries within Sweden are normally handled by PostNord or Bring; other carriers are used elsewhere. All delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed dates.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the Products are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a collection point, neighbour or safe place where you or the carrier chose that option.
Please check your delivery address carefully before paying, including apartment numbers and postcodes. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can correct it if the parcel has not been packed. After dispatch we cannot change it, though you may be able to redirect it through the carrier using your tracking link. Parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you are not our responsibility, although we will help you try to recover them.
Orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel, from more than one facility, at no extra cost to you.
10Delays and events outside our control
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, and delivery to remote areas such as rural addresses and islands. Where an unexpected delay occurs — for example because of weather or carrier disruption — we will tell you and give a revised estimate.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier or supplier failure, customs delays, power or telecommunications outages, cyber attacks, or acts of government. If such an event continues for an unreasonable length of time, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund anything not delivered.
11Failed delivery and uncollected parcels
Carriers normally attempt delivery once or twice and then hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point for a limited period. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the period the carrier specifies. If it is not collected in time, the carrier returns it to us.
Where a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we refund the price of the goods less a handling charge of 150 SEK, which covers the return carriage the carrier charges us and the cost of reprocessing the order. This charge applies even where the original delivery was free of charge, and is set out here so that it is known to you before you place your order.
This handling charge does not apply where you have exercised your statutory right of withdrawal under section 19. In that case we deduct only the direct cost of returning the goods, as that section provides. Where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence limits what may be deducted in these circumstances, that limit applies and we deduct the lower amount.
The same approach applies where a parcel is returned because delivery was refused, because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because import charges went unpaid.
12Lost or damaged parcels, and insurance
Every shipment is insured against damage, loss and theft in transit up to a value of 5,000 SEK. The insurance covers the outbound journey to you; it does not cover parcels you send back to us, which is why we ask you to use a tracked return service.
A parcel is generally treated as lost when tracking has not updated for 15 working days beyond the upper delivery estimate. At that point we open a claim with the carrier and, once the outcome is clear, resend the order or refund it — your choice.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the contents before unpacking further and email us within 14 days of delivery. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled, as carriers often ask to inspect it. To support an insurance claim we may need photographic evidence or carrier tracking records; we will tell you exactly what is needed.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us within 14 days so we can open an investigation.
13Our 100-day return promise
You may return a Product for a refund within 100 days of the delivery date. This is our own commercial guarantee and is considerably longer than the law requires. It exists in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under section 19.
The return must be requested within those 100 days by emailing us. Once we approve it, you then have 21 days to hand the parcel over to a carrier.
14Condition of returned items
Our guarantee is designed to be used. You are expected to take the Products out of the packaging and use them normally — a return will not be refused simply because an item has been used, washed or shows the marks of ordinary trial use.
We ask that returned items are reasonably clean, dry and complete, with any accessories included, and packed so they survive the journey back. The original packaging is helpful but not required.
We may reduce a refund where an item comes back in a condition that goes beyond ordinary trial use — for example where it has been deliberately damaged, is soiled to the point of being unhygienic, or is missing parts. Where we intend to make such a deduction we will explain it to you and give you the option of having the item returned to you instead.
15What cannot be returned
The following are excluded from our 100-day guarantee, unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered:
- items made to order, personalised or customised to your specification;
- sealed hygiene, intimate or personal-care products where the seal has been broken;
- perishable goods and anything with a short shelf life;
- digital downloads and software once access has been provided;
- gift cards and store credit;
- items clearly marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods, and mirror the exceptions permitted under consumer law for the statutory right of withdrawal.
16Who pays return postage
| Situation | Who pays |
|---|---|
| You changed your mind, or the Product was not for you | You |
| The item arrived faulty, damaged or defective | Us |
| We sent the wrong item or the wrong quantity | Us |
| The item is materially different from its description on the Site | Us |
| You are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal | You, for the direct cost of return |
Where you pay, the cost depends on your country and chosen carrier and is not refunded. Where we pay, we either send a prepaid label or reimburse the standard tracked postage cost against a receipt.
Return parcels must be sent Delivered Duty Paid where duties apply. We cannot accept parcels that arrive with charges owing.
17Refunds — amount and timing
We inspect returns on arrival and issue approved refunds within 10 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; we cannot refund to a different card or account. Your bank then needs a further 3 to 10 working days to post the money.
- Always refunded: the price you paid for the returned Product.
- Original outbound shipping: refunded in full where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, and where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for a whole order. Where you return under our 100-day guarantee after the statutory period, outbound shipping is not refunded.
- Express upgrades: we refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option, not the premium you chose.
- Partial returns: where you keep part of an order, shipping is not refunded.
- Discounts, bundles and free shipping: if a return takes your order below the threshold for a discount, free gift or free shipping, the value of that benefit is deducted from the refund unless the gift is returned with the item.
Import duty or tax you paid on delivery is set by your local authority and cannot be refunded by us. Many countries allow you to reclaim it directly once the goods are exported — ask your customs office and we will supply any paperwork you need.
18Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will put it right at no cost to you — by replacing it, repairing it, or refunding you in full including the original shipping — and we pay the return postage.
This is in addition to any legal guarantee of conformity you have under the law of your country, which for many customers covers defects appearing within two years of delivery.
19Your statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and several other jurisdictions have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right exists independently of our 100-day guarantee and is not affected by it.
To use it, send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract — an email to help@shopkorrex.com is sufficient — before the 14 days expire, and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You do not have to give a reason and you do not have to use any particular form.
Where you exercise this right for a whole order, we refund the price you paid plus the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of return, whichever is earlier. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — and in practice our 100-day guarantee in section 14 is more generous than this on condition.
The right does not apply to the categories listed in section 15 where the law permits an exception.
Where our own 100-day guarantee gives you more than the statutory minimum, the guarantee applies.
20Misuse of returns
Our 100-day guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to refuse a return, or to decline future orders, where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeatedly ordering and returning the same item, claiming non-delivery on multiple orders, or returning goods that were not bought from us.
21Acceptable use of the site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- break any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
- upload viruses, malicious code or anything designed to disrupt the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data;
- scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content or data without our written permission;
- use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- place fraudulent or speculative orders, or abuse our returns, discount or referral programmes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach this section.
22Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Korrex name and logo, text, product photography, graphics, video, layout, design and software — is owned by or licensed to Forclick Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell or create derivative works from our content, or use it in advertising, marketplaces or social media on your own behalf, without our prior written consent.
Product names, brands and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email help@shopkorrex.com with: your name and contact details; a description of the work or mark you own and proof of ownership; the exact address of the material concerned; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and confirmation that the information you have given is accurate. We review every notice and remove or restrict material where a claim is substantiated.
23Reviews and content you submit
You may be able to submit reviews, photos, comments or other material. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing, for as long as is reasonably needed.
You confirm that your submission is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to monitor or store it.
24Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed services operated by others, such as payment providers, carriers, review platforms or social networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
25Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that all information on it is complete, current and accurate at all times.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these terms. This does not exclude any statutory guarantee that cannot be excluded under the law of your country, including your rights in respect of Products that are faulty or not as described.
26Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the Site or any Product.
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
27Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forclick Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.
28Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge that we process personal data as described there.
29Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business, our services or the law. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order. The last updated date is shown at the top, and we recommend reviewing it before each purchase.
30Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
We would much rather resolve things directly. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at help@shopkorrex.com so we can try to sort the matter out. Consumers in the European Union can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
31General provisions
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a group company or to a buyer of our business, provided your rights are not reduced.
No third-party rights. These terms are between you and us. No one else may enforce them.
Entire agreement. These terms and the policies referred to in them form the entire agreement between us about your use of the Site and any order.
Language. The English version of these terms is the authoritative one. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience; if a translation differs in meaning, the English version prevails, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
