Have your order number ready — that's all we need to get started.

• If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll stop it before it leaves.
• If your order has already shipped, the return still applies — we'll send you the return address once you've received it.
• The 90-night period starts from the day you received the product, not the order date.
• Return postage: you cover it if you simply decided it wasn't for you. We cover it whenever the fault is ours — damaged, faulty, or not what the product page described.
